LabFact launch event and Training event on flow chemistry

The joint event Launch event of the LabFact project/Flow Symposium will be held on May 21st-22nd 2019 at the Maison de l'Université de Rouen Normandie.

Launch event of the LabFact project "Transforming laboratories into factories". LabFact aims to meet the needs of SMEs in the France (Channel) England region by offering them original molecular scaffolds using clean chemistry techniques, and to be trained in innovative synthesis methods and equipments. LabFact was awarded INTERREG France (Channel) England funding of €3,959,513 and brings together researchers from COBRA and LCMT laboratories in France, the Universities of Southampton and Sussex, and the company Pareon in England.

Symposium of the CNRS network “Synthesis in Flow”. This symposium is an opportunity for all researchers interested in flow chemistry to meet and discuss this topic. Continuous flow technology brings a significant number of advantages to perform chemical reactions: finely controlled reactivity and selectivity, automation and in-line analysis of reactions, safer processes and easier scale-up.
